CARLE & ANDRIOLI – CONTADORES PÚBLICOS was formed in 1991 with the object of providing professional services to companies, organizations and other business associations.

The services provided include accountancy and tax advice, consultancy and auditing. We believe in providing services with high quality standards, both technically and operationally, personalized and strictly confidential.

We have more than 20 years of professional experience working with small, medium-size and big organization, in the industrial, agricultural, commercial and service fields, both in Montevideo and the interior of the country, Argentina and Brazil.

We have processes and systems that provide the adequate support when planning, providing and controlling the quality of our services. The services are rendered by the Accountants of the Firm, with a team of Economists and Administration and Accountancy Analysts especially selected, trained and supervised.

We believe consultancy means supporting the business activity as a whole, using tools such as budgeting and information systems, administrative and operating control processes to provide the Management with permanent support, adapted to the requirements of the company.

Nowadays, the globalization of the economy requires professional practices and norms that comply with international standards. It is also becoming increasingly important to be present in other countries, through the exchange and cooperation with other professionals. Therefore, after a qualification process, in 2001 our Firm became a member of “Geneva Group International”, an international network of Auditing and Consultancy firms.

We are strong supporters of the ethical principles and the mission of the Colegio de Contadores, Economistas y Administradores del Uruguay (Uruguayan Association of Accountants, Economists and Administrators). We have incorporated the concepts of Corporate Social Responsibility, participating in ACDE’s first and second Index of Social Responsibility and also becoming members of DERES.

Our Firm integrates the Taxation and Auditing Technical Committees of the Latin American branch of Geneva Group, and regularly participates in regional and international technical conferences to share professional experiences with other members.

The network allows providing an advisory service to Uruguayan companies that want to expand their businesses to other countries in the region, Europe and Asia, and also offers the professional services of Carle & Andrioli to foreign companies that wish to get established in Uruguay.
